Rebecca Kane is an Astoria-based playwright, stage manager, merch girl, Aries, and indie theatre producer who also throws in some FOH for fun. Her writing has appeared in the RSPC 2019 Laboratorium on Governor’s Island, the Naked Angels Tuesdays@9 readings, and the NY Theatre Festival, among others. In summer of 2019, her parody Almost Maimed performed simultaneously in LadyFest at The Tank and in the inaugural season of Rogue Theatre Festival. She has worked with numerous other companies including Urban Stages, NYC Fringe, the Orlando Fringe Festival, Hey Jonte! Productions, The Telling Company, and the Playwrights Horizons Theater School.
