Eric Parness is a theatre teacher, director, and performer, serving as Professor of Acting and Directing at Westfield State University. He has performed in RSP’s productions of HELVETICA, THE GLORY OF LIVING, and ÉLÉPHANT, and has directed several readings and workshops. As Artistic Director of Resonance Ensemble, he has produced and/or directed 20 new plays and classics. Eric has worked extensively Off-Broadway for companies such as Jean Cocteau Repertory, IATI, Oberon Theatre Ensemble, Boomerang Theatre, and Vital Theatre. He has directed educational theatre for Marymount Manhattan College, Brooklyn College, Marist College, Stern College, Brandeis University and Dean College.
