Weldon Pless is supposed to be writing his Master's thesis on Samuel Beckett's early prose, but sometimes weird little plays come out instead. He splits his time between the University of Georgia and Brooklyn, where his wife currently lives. He'll move up for good in May, and would love a high-paying low-stress job, if anyone's hiring.
Lewis Gardner’s plays have been performed at the APA-Phoenix Theater, Aspen Playwrights Conference, Cherry Lane Theater, Don’t Tell Mama, Greenwich House Theater, Lee Stasberg Institute, Miniature Theater of Chester, New Jersey Repertory Theater, Off-Center Theater, Quaigh Theater, Stand Up New York, Vanderbilt University and the Village Gate. Actors appearing in his plays: have included Danny Goldman, Kim Hunter, Stephen Lang, Vera Lockwood and Ally Mills. His plays and poems have appeared in several anthologies and magazines, including Best American Short Plays 2008-2009. His nonfiction book Children of the Wild (with John Burger) was published by Simon & Schuster. Several plays have been published by One Act Play Depot. He has been a member of the Actors Studio Playwrights & Directors Unit (Harold Clurman), BMI Musical Theater Workshop (Lehman Engel) and PlayMarket (founding member).

Joe Starzyk has been writing plays for over 30 years. Since studying playwriting in Oxford, England, he took a 27 year break and in the last 5 years has written numerous plays. His works have been performed at theaters all around the country, and in Mexico. His play, “Wedding Secrets”, was named the winner of the McLaren Memorial Playwriting Competition in Midland Texas. Joe currently lives in Brunswick, NY with his wife and three daughters.
John Patrick Bray has written plays under grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, Acadiana Center for the Arts, and Acadiana C.A.R.E.S. His works have been produced in NYC with Rising Sun Performance Company, Rachel Klein Productions, Full Circle Theatre Co., (re:)Directions Theatre Co., At Hand Theatre Co.; he has had productions in the Samuel French OOB Festival, Planet Connections Theatre Festivity, and the Strawberry One-Act Festival. His plays are published with Applause, Smith and Kraus, Next Stage Press, Indie Theatre Now, Heartland Plays, JACPublishing, and in two of the Strawberry One-Act Festival anthologies. He has worked with Rising Sun for over ten years! John has an earned PhD in theatre studies from LSU, an MFA in Playwriting from The New School for Drama/Actors Studio Drama School, and he is a lecturer at the University of Georgia. johnpatrickbray.webs.com

RJ Woessner (pronounced WESS-ner) (man) received his Bachelor of Music degree
in Contemporary Writing & Production from Berklee College of Music. He has trained at Stella Adler Studio, T. Schreiber Studio and PDR Voice-Over Coaching. NY stage credits include the original productions of Motel Rasdell, The Sweet Dreams of Lizzie Tilley, and Tombstone: The Legend of Wyatt Earp. Television credits include One Life To Live, Deadly Sins, The Late Show with David Letterman (Bastille), SNL, and The Sing Off: Season 2. RJ is an active VO artist, actor, musician and composer. Maura Kelly is a director, writer, actress, singer and Painter(scenic artist) . She has worked on lots of productions in many capacities. A couple of weeks ago, she was painting Sweet Charity for national tour. Most recently, her play The Painting was performed as part of Estrogenius Festival with Manhattan Theatresource.
